It was a long and very worthwhile day as Apex Extreme joined forces with Safina Lion Conservation Fund to embark on a 23km sponsored walk for lions and litter pick. All proceeds raised will go towards purchasing a lion radio collar in support of the Kope Lion project. Apex Extreme’s take out the trash campaign was carried out along the 23km walk as the team collected large amounts of litter along the way in a large scale effort to protect the ecosystem in which the UK,s native predators depend on. Thank you to everyone who has kindly donated so far and a very special thank you to our wildlife warrior Jess and her mum for all your efforts so far!
